Welcome to Myrtle Beach Land Lots For Sale Team
Homes & Homesites in A Variety Of Neighborhoods & Coastal Areas
CANA Corporation is a well-respected real estate development and marketing firm
specializing in the creation of coastal area communities. Randy Wallace, a seasoned
professional with more than three decades of residential development experience, sits at the helm. Integrity is the cornerstone of the firm’s success. CANA continues to grow by seizing and cultivating well-timed opportunities – opportunities that are
shaped into residential projects with lasting appeal.
Established in 1988, CANA initially provided consulting and marketing services to a select few local developers. In the early 90s, the company launched partnerships with a handful of developers and builders and began to acquire multi-family properties for rental or conversion. Acquiring land for single-family developments made for a logical progression when, in 1993, CANA launched the sprawling 900-acre Hunters Ridge Plantation. This, the first of many success stories, was master-planned to fill a unique niche in the market and to build a community both beautiful and affordable and located to grow in value.Today, CANA continues partnering with and/or representing trusted developers to produce single-family neighborhoods throughout the Myrtle Beach area. Thanks to a carefully assembled sales staff and a continued commitment to act with integrity, they remain a dynamic force in the region’s real estate market.
The Cana Corporation prides itself on being able to offer many different kinds of properties in a lot of different price ranges. We feel that everyone has different needs and we try to address that, by giving our clients as many options as possible. In our variety of neighborhoods we have many that are established neighborhoods like Hunters Ridge and Myrtle Beach Lakes and many new ones being developed, like Sandhill, Shell Bay and The Hunt Club. Sandhill Village strategically located between Loris and Conway on Highway 701, Sandhill Village is currently being designed for homeowners seeking a quiet wooded home site away from the hustle and bustle of the beach. Of course, it’s nice that Sandhill Village is only a couple of miles off of Highway 22, which makes the beach just minutes away down the expressway. As the name implies, the neighborhood is on a sandy hill, with the elevation rising from about 85 to about 98 feet above sea level. Typical lot size is 80 feet by 125 feet, and some lots back up to wooded wetlands or to a pond. Reservations on these lots are expected to be offered in 2008, while completion and lot closings will be sometime in 2009, depending upon the approval process.
Shell Bay New for 2007, Shell Bay features 95 full-size lots on 48 acres in the fast-growing 905 corridor outside Conway. While this subdivision is not yet on the market, we are registering interested parties so we can get you the prices and development information as soon as it is released. The project is designed and engineered and is presently under review by the county. Site work is expected to start in late fall 2007, and more complete sales information should be available by summer.
The Hunt Club At Hunters Ridge Plantation, the highly popular new home community on Forestbrook Road, you might say we have saved the best for last. The Hunt Club is the 9th of 9 successful and beautiful neighborhoods on this 900-acre tract. The large half-acre home sites in The Hunt Club average 125 feet in width, but there is little else that is “average” about this prestigious neighborhood. Secured by elegant entrance gates, The Hunt Club features attractive street lights, paved sidewalks and curbing, and its own “Hunt Club” clubhouse with stone fireplace, fitness center, and swimming pool. All homes will feature brick, stucco, or hardiplank exteriors (no vinyl siding), with a typical home to be 2500 to 3500 heated square feet plus a 2-car or 3-car side entry garage. Over half of these prestigious home sites have been sold, but outstanding locations are still available from $129,900 to $164,900. New homes should be starting soon, while the infrastructure completion is projected to be later in 2007.
