Shell Bay
New for 2007, Shell Bay features 95 full-size lots on 48 acres in the fast-growing 905 corridor outside Conway. While this subdivision is not yet on the market, we are registering interested parties so we can get you the prices and development information as soon as it is released. The project is designed and engineered and is presently under review by the county. Site work is expected to start in late fall 2007, and more complete sales information should be available by summer.
Shell Bay is being developed by Shell Bay Development, Inc, a South Carolina Corporation.
